Tubular Slitting
▪ Turn Table the fabric trolley rotation will makes the untwisting of the fabric easier by operating in synchrony with the DE-Twister.
▪ Rope Squeezer It reduces the amount of water inside the tubular fabric prior to entry into the DE-twister to decrease the weight of the fabric and avoid elongation.
▪ DE-Twister used to remove any tension from the rope. It ensures optimum untwisting without elongation.
▪ Slitting Unit The Basket is vertically adjust for a better tensioning and slitting of the fabric besides guaranteeing the best performances on particular fabrics with special structure.
▪ Opener and Centeralizing Unit The fabric is taken to the enzyme washing unit by means of attractive rollers centered with openers.
▪ Enyzme Washing & Turning Filter Unit enzyme dust on the fabric are cleaned. It will separate and recycle the water from enzymatic waste with Antipilling Turning filter unit.
▪ Squeezer Foulard used to remove excess fluid from the fabric, guarantees excellent results in terms of squeezing and moisture balance without compromising fabric quality.
