POLYMERISING THERMOSETTING MACHINE

MERSAN PASLANMAZ MAKİNA SAN TİC. ve LTD.ŞTİ made the fixage process of knitted fabrics which are pigment died for many years and now would like to introduce you the THERMOSETTING machine which can make the fixage process fixed in tubular form of knitted fabrics at 200 0C which are knitted from different kinds of yarn.

This machine can eliminate the time and cost of cutting, stenter and sewing processes of fabrics which have a mixture of lycra before the dyeing process. THERMOSETTING is designed for eliminating the tension which is caused from mixture of yarns of raw knitted tubular fabrics, putting in order rough surfaces and prevents the deformation caused while in the dyeing process.

You can work with raw or dyed fabrics on this machine which include cotton – lycra , lycra – polyester, polyester – viscon , viscon – lycra .

The machine consists of 6 units ;

• A front steamer and photocell controllable J – Box for the downword flow of the fabric.
  Second steamer unit and pneumatic stretcher system for determining the width of the fabric.
• 1 st and 2 nd fixing chambers with high temperatures.
• Stimulating cylinder unit for cooling & fixing stretcher.
• Roll winding unit.
• Plaiting unit.

GENERAL FEATURES

• Stretcher is specially produced from supported aliminium pipe,
• A 3 way adjustabel pneumatic valve for flowing of hot oil,
• Pneumatic controlled vent to prevent the fabric from being damaged be the heat after the machine is stopped,
• The max. machine temperature is 200 0 C ,
• Heating of the machine is done with hot oil and it is 300.000 Kcal,
• Steam consumption is 50 kgs / hour,
• The total energy power is 15 Kw
• If required the machine can be designed with PLC system,
• English made four invertors ( CONTROL TECHNIQUES )
• French made electric and control parts ( TELEMACHANIQUE )
• The speed of the machine is 20 m / minute.
