REVERSING  MACHINE WITH AIR FOR TUBULAR FABRIC

This machine has been designed to reverse tubular raw or coloured knits.

ADVANTAGES
A) This machine has been designed not to occupy a wide surface area within the factory.

B) Mechanical frictions on the machine has been eliminated with a vertically installed stainless steel pipe and high air pressure.

C) When wanted this machine can be used to pIait the rolls of fabrics.

OPERATION
Cylinders located inside the tower apply air pressured to the fabric and moves it into the stainless pipe. In
the second stage, the fabric is pushed down through the pipe and arrives at the opening ring at an angle of 90°. Then the conveyor transfers the fabric onto the trolley where the fabric is plaited without
being stretched.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
A) This machine's operation speed is adjusted by an inverter between 0 and 100 meter/minute.

B) Its total power consumption is 2.2 KW.

C) All materials are tele-mechanic and is controlled by a controller made in Britain.
