OPEN WIDTH DAMPCOMPACTOR
The rotor dampening system is a technique which developed for knitted fabrics. The dampening process can be applied homogeneously to the width of the fabric without touching it. FEATURES This machine consists of two units:

CENTRAL LIQUID FEEDING UNIT The feeding unit is supplied with liquid which is used by the rotors to be applied on the fabrics. 80 % of the applied liquid is filtered while it returns to the tank. Thus, the undesirable lint, dirt, etc. are prevented. The liquid level is automatically completed by the level switch. DAMPENING UNIT The system consists of two units to dampen both surfaces of the fabric. There are 40 rotors in the system and each rotor has a fixed spraying distance. Therefore, the liquid is equally applied on the width of the fabric. Theoretically only 20% of the liquid is applied to the fabric. The remaining 80% of it returns to the feeding unit . The rotors’ aerodynamic design makes it possible to dampen both surfaces of the fabric equally. The fixed rotation speed of the rotors produce very small droplets between 30 to 70 microns. While in process, 20 to 1800 mlt of water is sprayed per square meter of the fabic. The stimulating belt which turns the rotors has a safety system for probable problems . The body of machine which contains the rotors, is produced with A ISI 304 quality stainless steel . |

ADVANTAGES
OPERATION PRINCIPLE The front surface of the fabric from the carrier is dampened in the first dampening unit while the back is equally dampened in the second dampening unit by the means of the opener cylinders, and is put in the carrier in plaited form without ant tension or elongation.
